    Bastmati Rice :1 Kg

    Cooking Oil ek Cup

    Onion 1 Adad BAra

    Tamatar 1 Pao

    Ginger Garlic Paste 2 Tea Spoon .

    Lal Mirch Powder To Taste

    Salt To Taste

    Bay Leaves (Taiz pata) 2 adad

    Kishmish 2 Khanay k chamach

    Daar Cheeni half stick (chota sa Tukra )

    Sabat Bari Ilaachi 3 adad

    Dahii 1 Pao

    Zeera ek tea spoon

    Yellow Food Color adha chai ka chamach (Thoray Pani main mix ker lain )

    Method

    Yakhani bana nay k lie

    Choti Ialachi 3/4 adad

    Method :

    INGIRIDENTS
    (1) beef half kg (boneless cubes )
    (2) potato 3 to 4 (boil kiye howey)
    (3) zinger garlic paste 2tb sp
    (4) green chili paste 1tea sp
    (5) black paper powder 1 tb sp
    (6) salt to taste
    (7) oil ( deep fry karne k liye )
    (8) bread crumbs 1 cup
    (9) egg 1 to 2
    (10) garam masala powder 1/2 tea sp
    (11) corn flower powder 2tb sp
    (12) butter 2tb sp
    (13) fresh danya phudina 1 cup ( chop kya howa )
    (14) laal mirch kutti hoi 1/2 tea sp
    (15) sabit zeera 1tb sp
    (16) soya souce 1tb sp
    (17) chili souce 1tb sp

    MATHOD

    sab se pehle beef mai garam masala powder,chili souce, soya souce, sabit zeera,laal mirch,danya, phudina, namak, green chili paste aur adrak lehsan paste daal kr gosht mai thora pani daal kar use pakane rakhden jub gosht gull jay or pani khushk hojay to cholaa bnd karden .
    ab gosht ki botyon ka resha resha karden phir boil kye potato ko mashed karen or us mai black paper, thora namak corn flower powder or butter daal kar mix karen or phir gosht k resho ko is mai mix karen acchy se now is mixture k chote boll banain or phir egg aur bread crumbs se coyer karen or garam garam oil mai deep fry karlen jub cutlass golden brown hone lagy to nikal lain.

    cutlass ko catchup ya phdina k rahita se serve karen

    DAHIN RAITA
    1 cup dahin ko blender mai dalen sath he chand patte phudina or namak to taste dal kar 2 minut blend kren or cutlass k sath serve kren.

    (3) lehsan aur adrak paste 2tea sp
    (4) hari mirch paste 2 tea sp
    (5) red mirch powder 1 1/2 tea sp
    (6) haldi powder 1/4 tea sp
    (7) tomato 3 (bareek kaat lain )
    (8) namak 1tea sp
    (9) oil 1/4 cup
    (10) garam masala powder 1 tea sp
    (11) zeera 1 tea sp (bhuna kuta howa)
    (12) danya 1tea sp (bhuna kuta howa )
    (13) hara masala 1 cup (dhnya aur hari mirch )


    MATHOD
    dahin mai namak, mirch,haldi,lehsan,adrak daal kar kaleji mai dalen or ise adha ghnta marinate karne rakh dain.
    aik karhai mai oil garam karen or kaleji ko achi tarah fry karain ab is mai kate howe tomator shamil karen jub masala tyaar hojay toh garam masala, zeera, dhanya dal kar bhoone aur akhir mai hara masala dal kar dum dain than 5 minut bad stove of karden masala karahi kaleji is ready .

    ye dish hazel ne bnai .

    Sirka 1 Cup

    hara Dhaniya bareek kata howa thora sa

    Green chilli paste half spoon

    Lal Mirch Powder 2 khanay k chamch

    Nimak to taste

    Cooking Oil Fry kerny k lie


    Method :

    Sb se phlay chicken k pieces ko ek fork se chotay chotay holes ker lain ya cut laga lain chotay chotay .

    ab ek bowl main ye pieces dalain or thora sa salat or sirka daal k achi trha mila lain or 5 min parha rahany dain ..

    5 min bad sirka chicken main se nichor lain or pieces main dahi ginger garlic paste, dhaniya .green chili paste, nimak mirch daal k khoob achi trha mila lain or adha ghnata parha rahanay dain ..

    us k bad pane main oil dalain or achi trha garam honay dain us k bad pieces ko oil main daalain or bacha howa masla b pieces pe daal dain . flame medium ker k led day dian or halki flame pe paknay dain 10 min bad flame taiz ker dain or taiz agg pe Fry ker lain ...
