Ingredients
Chicken Breast (1 piece)
Garlic (2 to 3 Cloves finely chopped)
Carrots (2)
Cabbage (half finely chopped)
Spring onion (4 sliced)
Salt (to taste)
Soya sauce (3-4 TBSP)
Black pepper (to taste)
Oil (3 to 4 TBSP)
Spring roll wrapper (one pack)
Cooking Method:-
- First of all boil the chicken breast when it has done cut it into small pieces.
- Then pick up frying pan sauté chopped garlic in it.
- Then add all chopped vegetables in it and fry it but avoid from over cook then turn off the stove.
- Add boiled chicken pieces in it and mix it well. Now the filling is ready.
- Make the rolls with filling.
- Deep fry it in hot oil. When it becomes golden brown, pick it out.
- Serve spicy spring roll with chilly sauce. Or ketchup.
