Ingredients
Samosas 4 large
Yogurt, Whisked and chilled 1 cup
Sweet tamarind chutney ½ cup
Green chutney ½ cup
Cumin powder, roasted 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Puris, crushed 8
Coriander leaves, chopped 2 tbsp
Method
Place samosas in individual plates. Pour the chilled yogurt over the samosas and top with the sweet tamarind chutney, green chutney, roasted cumin powder, red chili powder, crushed puris and coriander leaves.
Serve immediately.
